August 13th UPDATE: This remodel is complete! What a great experience working with the homeowners. They lived in chaos for 10 months shifting from room to room to get the project completed. More pictures coming soon!


Last week we started an extensive remodel project in Maplewood. We worked with this client and their lender, providing their loan officer a full remodel detail / construction summary, drawings, and pictures of what it could look like. This home will be updated from top to bottom, inside and out. We are relocating the kitchen, adding a primary ensuite and much more!
